Excellent vets. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

Emergency admission for poorly pooch on a sunday evening, quickly diagnosed, stayed overnight to administer fluids, and back home the next day. No, it wasn't cheap, but what vets are ? Not good ones.

please avoid. they don’t care about your animal all they are worried about is payment even know my dog was giving birth to its 3rd pup that was breach as well as the other 2 and sadly all died while my dog was becoming more sick as minutes went on all they were worried about was printing out forms and for me to read them and sign them etc for money while she was givin birth and her mouth was foaming up. (maria the account lady that works for them pretty much agreed with me). been told so many bad things about them but didn’t want to believe 😞

We've been with Shepton Vets since 2017 and they have been outstanding, from supporting us through our reactive Rottweilers cancer diagnosis, to our cats various ailments including helping our elderly cat pass peacefully. Recently we had to see them out of hours due to an accident at home where they treated our dog and took our snake and frogs overnight to try and help us the best they could. Everyone is doing well and I can't recommend this practice enough!

Price quote verbally not honoured due to junior member of staff quoting verbal price whilst in a "Free Appointment" vet only has 15 mins consultation so didn't provide written quote until the day of the op which was more than £300 over the verbal quote! Disgusting money grabbing people and extremely patronising...... AVOID

Staff are absolutely lovely, always a warm welcome, our two kittens have been well looked after. Vets and nurses are kind and caring and very thorough with examinations and procedures, communication brilliant!. Highly recommend. 🐱🐱

An absolutely amazing vet practice really good with both my dogs always are wouldn't ever go anywhere else

Had an hour long appointment with a nurse yesterday who painstakingly and carefully de-matted my elderly cat, Bridget. I am sorry I didn’t take your name to add to this review, but you know who you are! It was great spending time with you discussing pets and all sorts. Plus Bridget is one happy cat now she is more comfortable. Once again, Shepton Vets ‘knock it outta the park!’ X

Very well organized with a professional approach and they really love your pet

My dogs lead broke and she disappeared for several hours. A kind man caught her and took her to Shepton vets who contacted me due to my dogs’ microchip. They kindly looked after her until I was able to collect her and even lent me a lead to get her home with. I have never used this particular vets before but if this is the level of care offered, I will certainly do so in the future. Thank you for all your help.
