I had my stairlift installed yesterday by Max. It was done efficiently, with great care and in a friendly and helpful manner. I have to say I am delighted with the end result and know that it will add considerably to the quality of my life living with osteoarthritis. Thank you Suttons for the care and efficiency taken.

just had my stairlift installed, by Suttons of Shepton Mallet there two employees Alex and Dan were brilliant, efficient, worked quickly and cleanly . All questions answered in plain English and nothing was to much trouble. The best two workers I had in my house for a very long time a credit to SUTTONS.

We had a great service. The team were always prompt in answering enquiries, always kept us informed re progress of the stairlift arriving and we were very pleased with the final result, and the way it was installed. Very highly recommend this company!

Suttons are a very caring, friendly company with great experience in helping you choose the right stairlift for you and your home. We had to have one made for our stairs as it has a curve at the top, yet from time of order to having it installed was only 3 weeks. The 2 young men that came and fitted it only took them 2 and a half hours to install and demonstrate the chair and no mess to clean up. Absolutely delighted with this company. I broke my hip and whilst I was in hospital my daughter contacted Sutton's. They came to the property (which has a longer than average staircase) advised us on the type of stairlift to suit my needs and installed a refurbished stairlift promptly and efficiently. The installers were knowledgeable, polite and reassuring.

Can’t thank the staff at the Shepton Mallet branch of Suttons Stairlifts enough for the way they installed a stairlift for my husband which then needed to be removed with an hour’s notice to allow ambulance personnel to have free access to use a stretcher. Everything was dealt with extremely quickly and it was made so simple - no unwanted sales jargon, everything explained properly and no added costs - would definitely recommend to anyone who wants first class service.

Sutton were extremely helpful and I would certainly recommend you give them a call. They offered great advice, a number of options (without any hard sell) and went the extra mile to help us. They managed to attend site to install within a couple of days from my initial call. Good old fashioned customer service.

Mark was amazing at a time we needed help and support for my Mum who was battling cancer. He went out of his way to fit us in and suggest a suitable and expedient solution. He was very friendly and understanding with our situation. He also advised what may be suitable based on experience other customers had even if it meant a lower cost option. Thank you.

Wonderful service. Great value for money. Honest company. The engineer was superb, he sat and explained very clearly to my 92 year old Nan how the service of her stairlift went and what he had found. He reassured her it was working well and did not try to upsell anything. She thought he was very professional and friendly and would be only too happy to use Sutton Stairlifts again.
