Good old fashioned service from a family run firm. Every other company we approached said calor gas weren't starting new contracts and nobody would sell us a regulator in store. Messaged Right Price. They responded straight away confirming we could get a calor contract gas, gas bottle and regulator from them. Staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to find exactly what we needed from their extensive stock. Highly recommended. Thanks for looking after us

Right Price DIY is a great store. Knowledgable staff willing to help. The owner is a good laugh, always friendly. The store has a good product line with some hard to find things these days. Great tool isle. Ironmongery. Bits you need 1of but can't normally find...right price seems to have. I have run out of welding wire...they stock it. I needed an M12 bolt, they have them, single 32mm socket..got it, cellulose thinners, no problem. Great store. Worth a walk round as much as it is to buy something. I know if I have a car project on, and it's Sunday. I can rely on this store if I'm in a pinch for something I need.

Who is this jerk?

Judging by the rest of the reviews, I must’ve had a bad experience the other day. Attempting to shop locally and potentially spend more for the things I need should preferably be accompanied by a cheery “hello”, perhaps a “how are you” maybe a smile and even a “did you find everything you were looking for”. Not even a goodbye. Come on guys, we all need a reason to spend the local pounds and I didn’t find any.

Large range of stock, knowledgeable staff and a traditional feel to the shop. Not able to compete on price with Toolstation and Screwfix, but they offer a decent discount to OAP's and you don't have to buy 100 of something if you only need 3.

Got what I needed but was a bit disappointed with the service. Not an expert in DIY so was asking for advise, the chap behind the counter just spoke to me like I was a pleb. I like to buy local, but maybe I'll just go somewhere else when I need some advise before buying.

Great range of DIY products, tools, building materials etc at very reasonable prices, plus discounts for us Oldies. Will cut timber and sheet material to size as required. A little gem!

Excellent store which, perhaps because it is not part of a national chain, often has the exact thing I am seeking rather than forcing me to go for a less than satisfactory alternative. Recommend.
