Great store that stock a wide variety of items. Majority of staff are friendly and happy to help when questioned. Some staff very miserable.

Very helpful and polite when we asked for something that was locked away and all the others was as well

Great shop, I was on an emergency supply run for somebody who is very ill and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful.

Only go in the store for their rolls of dog bags and Yeovil and Shepton mallet both out of stock, no point in going in for anything else,

Have noticed that prices have started creeping up in B&M lately. However store is well stocked and a pleasant shopping experience.

Big store with ample parking. Very hot though!! The garden centre at the back was great!

This is a great store! It has quite a lot of bargains and some stuff (especially skincare) that most other stores in the area don’t sell! Good stationary and notebooks! Wide variety of everything! Great organisers! However I don’t understand how fake nails are over a certain age because I’ve seen many young people buy them with no problem 🤷🏼‍♀️

It used to be a good place for bargains, but now only the odd product, and some things Tesco's are cheaper. You need to look very carefully at the pack size they tend to be less here.

Average shop with most of we wanted. We easily found 2 water butts. Checkout was average, but we were accused of shoplifting, and had to take the lids off the water butts for the checkout staff to check. If I'm going to spent £78 on garden supplies, do you really think I'm going to steal a pack of biscuits just for a laugh. Terrible service. We will NOT be returning. Ever. Only shop here if you want to be accused of shoplifting.
