My daughter had soft gel nails as a treat for a concert with Claire Howell. Claire was amazing with her, kind and professional. My daughter chose her design prior to the appointment and Claire did a brilliant job replicating the desired effect. Very happy daughter and very happy mum. Would highly recommend. Carla pierced my 6 year old daughter’s ears today. I have to say she is an exceptional lady, answering with humour some particularly intrusive non-filtered questions thrown her way(!), as well as being wonderfully patient after the sting of the first piercing started a bit of a meltdown! She was very calming and just brilliant although I am sure she needed a drink after our visit! I felt compelled to write this review because her personality and service were fantastic. Her salon set-up is also amazing and I’d definitely return (but without my 6 year old!)
